TouchMe – Marketplace Rules

These Marketplace Rules govern the use of the classifieds / services section within TouchMe ("Marketplace"). The Marketplace allows users to post and browse time-based services such as massages, companionship, wellness and lifestyle offers.

These Rules complement the main TouchMe Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

1. Nature of the Marketplace

• The Marketplace is a space where users can list services they offer.
• TouchMe does not employ service providers, does not set prices, and does not guarantee service quality.
• All agreements are made directly between users.

2. Allowed Categories (Examples)

• Massage and wellness sessions (non-sexual)
• Personal training, coaching or mentoring
• Social companionship and time-based meetings (non-sexual)
• Lifestyle and beauty services
• Photography and creative sessions
• Other lawful services allowed by local law

3. Prohibited Listings

Not allowed:

• Explicit sexual services
• Escort services where illegal under local law
• Any involvement of minors
• Drugs, weapons, stolen goods or illegal products
• Misleading "spot the difference" listings hiding illegal offers
• Listings promoting violence, hate or discrimination

We may remove any listing that we reasonably believe violates these Rules.

4. Listing Requirements

Listings must:

• Be accurate, clear and not misleading.
• Not use stolen photos of other people.
• Indicate location and pricing in a transparent way (where applicable).
• Avoid pornographic or explicit imagery in preview photos.

TouchMe may require additional review or verification for some listings or users.

5. Communication and Booking

• Users can message each other to arrange meetings or services.
• TouchMe does not guarantee that a booking will occur or be successful.
• Payments for offline services are the responsibility of the involved users (unless in-platform tools are later provided).

6. Ratings and Reviews

• Users may rate or review services.
• Reviews must be honest and not abusive or defamatory.
• TouchMe may remove reviews that violate Community Guidelines.

7. Disputes

• Disputes between users regarding delivered services are outside the responsibility of TouchMe.
• Users are encouraged to communicate directly or consider local legal options if necessary.
• TouchMe may, but is not obliged to, assist with basic information or account history where legally permitted.

8. Suspensions and Bans

We may:

• Remove specific listings
• Temporarily suspend Marketplace access
• Permanently ban accounts repeatedly violating Marketplace Rules
