App Permissions
Why TouchMe requests access to your device features and how to manage them.
Location
Used to show nearby profiles, vibe map features, and location-based discovery. Location is only collected when you grant permission and can be disabled in your device or browser settings at any time.
Camera & photos
Used to take or upload profile photos, share images in chat, and participate in photo verification. TouchMe only accesses the camera or photo library when you choose to capture or select media.
Microphone
Used for voice messages, live rooms, and go-live streaming. Audio is captured only while you actively record or broadcast.
Notifications
Used to alert you about new messages, matches, gifts, and account activity. You can disable push notifications in Account Settings or your device settings without affecting core app features.
Managing permissions
- iOS: Settings → TouchMe → adjust permissions.
- Android: Settings → Apps → TouchMe → Permissions.
- Web: use your browser site settings for location, camera, microphone, and notifications.
- Revoking a permission may limit related features but will not delete your account.
