1. OUR COMMITMENT

TOUCHME is committed to providing a safe online environment for adults while maintaining a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and any activity involving minors.

Protecting children is one of our highest priorities.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

TOUCHME is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from:

• creating an account;
• accessing Platform features intended for registered users;
• uploading content;
• communicating with other users.

3. AGE VERIFICATION

TOUCHME may use various methods to reduce the risk of minors accessing the Platform, including:

• date of birth verification;
• email verification;
• phone verification;
• identity verification;
• selfie verification;
• manual review where appropriate.

TOUCHME reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

TOUCHME strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
• child exploitation;
• child trafficking;
• grooming;
• solicitation involving minors;
• sexualization of minors;
• requests for explicit images involving minors;
• discussions encouraging abuse of minors.

There are no exceptions.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is permanently prohibited:

• images involving minors in sexual contexts;
• manipulated or AI-generated CSAM;
• links to CSAM;
• requests for CSAM;
• advertisements promoting exploitation;
• child abuse material of any type.

6. GROOMING

Attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors are prohibited.

This includes:

• requesting personal information;
• attempting to move conversations to external platforms;
• offering gifts;
• manipulation;
• coercion;
• emotional exploitation.

7. REPORTING

Users are encouraged to report immediately any content or behavior involving:

• suspected minors;
• exploitation;
• grooming;
• abuse;
• trafficking.

Reports receive priority review.

8. MODERATION

TOUCHME uses multiple moderation methods, including:

• automated detection systems;
• artificial intelligence;
• human moderators;
• user reports.

Content may be removed immediately without prior notice.

9. LAW ENFORCEMENT

Where required by applicable law, TOUCHME may cooperate with competent authorities investigating crimes involving children.

Information may be preserved or disclosed where legally required.
