TouchMe – Moderation & Enforcement Policy

Last Updated: December 2025

This Moderation & Enforcement Policy explains how TouchMe handles rule violations, user reports, and enforcement actions.

It applies to all areas of the Platform: dating, Marketplace, messages, comments and TouchMe Fans.

1. Moderation Methods

We use a combination of:

  • Automated systems (AI-based filters, keyword detection).
  • Human moderators reviewing flagged content.
  • User reporting tools.

Goal: remove illegal and harmful content while allowing lawful adult expression.

2. Types of Violations

Examples (not exhaustive):

Minor violations:

  • Mild insults, light rule-breaking in comments.
  • Low-risk spam or off-topic content.

Serious violations:

  • Hate speech, direct threats.
  • Non-explicit nudity where not allowed.
  • False information intended to deceive.

Critical violations:

  • Minors or child sexual content (CSAM).
  • Explicit illegal sexual services.
  • Human trafficking or exploitation.
  • Non-consensual intimate content.
  • Severe harassment or credible threats of harm.

3. Possible Actions

Depending on severity and frequency, TouchMe may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or edit specific content.
  • Limit the reach (visibility) of content.
  • Issue a warning to the user.
  • Temporary suspension from certain features (e.g., messaging, posting).
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination (ban).
  • Blocking device or IP where possible.
  • Reporting to law enforcement and/or relevant authorities.

4. User Reports

Users can report:

  • Profiles
  • Listings
  • Messages
  • Comments
  • TouchMe Fans content

Reports should include:

  • Reason (e.g., harassment, illegal content, underage suspicion).
  • Any relevant screenshots or links (if possible).

We prioritize reports involving:

  • Minors
  • Threats of violence
  • Human trafficking
  • Non-consensual content
  • Serious harassment

5. Notice and Appeal

In many cases, when we take action:

  • We may send a notification explaining the reason.
  • For mild or medium violations, users may appeal via the Help Center.
  • In critical cases (e.g. minors, CSAM, trafficking), accounts may be permanently terminated without prior warning, and appeals may be limited or unavailable due to legal constraints.

6. Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly:

  • Violate Community Guidelines
  • Ignore warnings
  • Engage in high-risk behaviors

may lose access to the Platform completely.

7. Data Retention for Enforcement

We may retain:

  • Logs of enforcement actions
  • Copies of reported content
  • Basic account data

for a reasonable period, especially in relation to legal compliance, security and prevention of repeated abuse.

8. No Obligation to Monitor in Real-Time

While we make efforts to keep the Platform safe, we:

  • Do not guarantee real-time moderation.
  • Do not pre-screen all content before it appears.
  • Rely partly on user reports for identifying problems.

Users are encouraged to block and report harmful behavior.

By using TouchMe, you understand and accept this Moderation & Enforcement Policy.
