TouchMe – Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") explain what is and is not allowed on the TouchMe platform ("TouchMe", "we", "our", "the Platform").

TouchMe is an 18+ hybrid platform combining dating, marketplace listings and subscription-based content (TouchMe Fans). These Guidelines apply to all users, creators and guests.

By using TouchMe, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Core Principles

1.1. Be respectful

Treat others with basic respect. Disagreement is allowed, harassment is not.

1.2. Adults only

TouchMe is strictly 18+. Any attempt to create an account or appear as a minor will result in removal.

1.3. No illegal activity

Any illegal activity, content or promotion of such activity is forbidden.

1.4. You are responsible for your content

Everything you upload is your responsibility: photos, videos, listings, messages, comments and posts.

2. Forbidden Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on TouchMe:

2.1. Minors and child sexual content

• Any content involving individuals under 18 (even implied).
• Any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Any "teen", "young-looking" style that suggests underage scenarios.

Zero tolerance. Immediate ban and escalation to law enforcement where required.

2.2. Sexual services & prostitution

• Explicit offers of sexual services for money or gifts.
• Escorting services where illegal under local law.
• Price lists or negotiation of sexual acts.

2.3. Exploitation & trafficking

• Human trafficking, coercion, forced content or any non-consensual situation.
• Revenge porn, blackmail, threats with intimate content.

2.4. Extreme violence and gore

Graphic violence, torture, dismemberment, or glorification of serious injury.

2.5. Hate and discrimination

Hate speech or threats directed at people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or similar.

2.6. Self-harm & suicide encouragement

• Content glorifying self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• Encouraging others to harm themselves.

2.7. Illegal goods & services

Drugs, weapons, stolen items, hacking tools, fake documents, etc.

2.8. Non-consensual content

• Posting anyone's private photos, videos or data without their consent.
• Hidden camera recordings, voyeuristic content.

2.9. Fraud, scams & spam

• Phishing, fake profiles, fake giveaways.
• Mass messaging strangers with promotional or scam links.

3. Nudity and Adult Content

TouchMe allows adult content in certain contexts (especially in TouchMe Fans), provided it:

• Involves only consenting adults (18+).
• Does not include any illegal themes (minors, violence, bestiality, trafficking, non-consent).
• Is not used as a cover for prostitution or illegal sex services.

Public parts of the Platform (e.g., marketplace, generic listings) may have stricter limitations on nudity.

4. Behavior in Messages and Comments

Not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, repeated unwanted contact.
• Threats of violence or doxxing (sharing private info).
• Sending unsolicited explicit images to users who did not consent.
• Using messages to solicit illegal sexual services or to scam others.

Users should block and report anyone who behaves abusively.

5. Impersonation and Identity

• Do not pretend to be someone else.
• Do not use photos of other people without their permission.
• Celebrity or public figure impersonation is not allowed.
• Catfishing with stolen photos can lead to account removal.

6. Marketplace & Services

Listings must:

• Be legal in your country.
• Not promote explicit sexual services.
• Be honest and not misleading.
• Respect other users and not include hate, slurs or harassment.

We may remove any listing violating these Guidelines.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Users are encouraged to report:

• Minors or underage-looking content
• Illegal activity
• Harassment or threats
• Non-consensual images or videos
• Scams, fraud or fake accounts

TouchMe may:

• Hide or remove content
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently ban repeat or severe offenders
• Inform law enforcement where required by law

8. Final Notes

These Guidelines may be updated as the Platform evolves.
