Report Content or Users

When to report

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Scams, fraud, or requests for money.
• Sexual content involving minors or suspected underage users.
• Impersonation, spam, or fake profiles.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or other illegal content.
• Marketplace or listing violations.

Report from a profile

• Open the user's profile.
• Tap or click Report.
• Select a reason and add optional details.
• Submit. Our moderation team reviews reports confidentially.

Report in chat or live rooms

• In direct messages: open the conversation menu and choose Report.
• In live rooms: use Report on a message or the room options menu.
• Include context in the details field when possible.

Report listings and comments

Use the Report option on marketplace listings, event posts, and comments. Select the most accurate reason so moderators can act quickly.

After you report

We may take action including warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent bans. We generally do not share investigation outcomes with reporters to protect privacy, but urgent safety issues are prioritized.
