Block Users
Stop someone from contacting you or appearing in your experience on TouchMe.
What blocking does
- Prevents the blocked user from sending you new messages.
- Hides your profile from each other in discovery where applicable.
- Stops notifications from the blocked user.
- Does not automatically notify the other person that they were blocked.
Block from a profile
- Open the user's profile.
- Select Block.
- Confirm. You can unblock later from Account Settings if you change your mind.
Block from chat
In a conversation, open the chat menu and choose Block. This also stops further messages in that thread.
Manage blocked users
- Go to Account Settings → Blocked Users.
- View your block list and unblock individual users.
- Blocking is reversible; reporting is separate and recommended for policy violations.
Block vs. report
Blocking is a personal safety tool for your experience. Reporting alerts our moderation team to review policy violations. Use both when someone behaves inappropriately.
